Therapy
50 minute Therapy session. We will discuss your strengths and areas you want to improve upon. We will then collaborate on a treatment plan that is right for you.

Parent Session
Parent Sessions. Parent sessions are usually scheduled on an as needed basis. However, if a parent would like a session sooner that can be arranged. The session is to focus on the child and how the parents can best reinforce and support the child’s goals at home. This will help with reinforcing behaviors and goals in both the therapy room and home.

Therapy for Children
50 minute session. Typically this type of therapy can be used for children and adolescents in Kinder -5th grade. Parent, counselor, and child will discuss strengths, goals, and treatment plans. Children will be included as much as possible in their treatment plans to help create ownership of the plan. I will employ various play therapy techniques to help facilitate your goals.

1)Phone Consult.
First step is to call or contact me via the form below. I will schedule a 10 minute free consultation to see get a clearer picture of the situation and how I can help you.
2)Intake.
During the first session, we will work on identifying the problem and work on goals. We will discuss treatment plans and frequency of sessions.
3)Weekly Sessions .
After the fist session, we will meet weekly and work on your treatment plan.
